The Old Testament in the British Museum

Next Tour - 19th April

We'll be looking at items from Israel, Assyria, Babylon, Persia, and Sumeria.

The aim is twofold:

  • To see how archaeology confirms the historical accuracy of the Bible
  • To get more of an idea of the culture in which the Old Testament was written
